The Partner Solutions Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall technical success of a portfolio of strategic solution partners by crafting partner solutions/offerings, execution of enablement strategy, and as appropriate, will influence the customer decision making process across all levels of the business with territory sales engineers. You will be known as a technical subject matter expert and act as a trusted adviser inside the partner. You will work as part of the account team to ensure achievement of the business objectives and revenue targets.
Sets and manages partner expectations while continually highlight Carbon Black value proposition
Thinks strategically about partner solution success and adapts a solution approach based on individual partner needs
Develop and maintain strong contacts and relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Engineering, Prof. Svcs, and Prod Mgmt) to ensure technical health of partners
Drive coordination of technical resources both internally and externally as needed to close prospective opportunities
Work with the Carbon Black Channel Team and partners to formulate and implement both tactical and strategic sales and enablement initiatives within their portfolio
