As a member of the VMware EUC SolutionEngineerpresales team, the SE evangelizes VMware business value and technical benefits to senior level business and technology decision makers as well is instrumental in solution development around Digital Workspace.

The EUC SE specialist is a high impact, very visible role, instrumental in driving the adoption in large scale enterprise accounts as well as influencing product improvements and the new products/solutions that VMware brings to market. Wearelooking for an experiencedEUC Solution Specialistto support our new solutions in enabling partners to accelerating adoption of Digital Workspace.

You will have a real passion for new technology, customer success and the integrity to lead transformation in our largest customers across the ANZ region. Prior experience both in the technology domain and interacting between customers and global software development teams will also be required.

You will participate in customer engagement activities and assist thepartners and theirsales team through the sales cycle, including delivering presentations to customers and contributing to proposals. You will define customer problems, prepare strategies and advise on end-to-end technical solutions. You will work from design through to deployment architecture, with the newest technologies.


Accelerate the sales, services and adoption of VMware End-User Computing (EUC) solutions for mobility, desktop virtualization and identity in ANZ, by guiding expertise, enablement and support to the EUC Customers, and VMware Partners

Work with the assigned partners' enterprise and domain architect team to deliver Workspace One as a Service and possess strong business insights on the partners' service offerings and their operational challenges. 

Build advanced expertise and assist in the enablement and development of expertise in the regional field teams and VMware Partners through joint engagements and mentoring.

Support and promote the ANZ Specialist focusing on End-User Computing, through enablement, joint engagement, promoting teamwork and development of appropriate contents to share with the communities

Pioneer the development of emerging Intellectual Property (IP) such as architecture, product integration, technical sales methodology, solutions/services and harvest and disseminate “Best Practice” knowledge and IP in collaboration with the Business Unit.

Maintain proficiency in VMware products and solutions, service offerings, value propositions in the EUC space and representative case studies


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering projects in complex Enterprise and Government environments. Experience in technology sales/pre-sales.

  • Minimum of 4yrs acting in a System Integrator/Systems Outsourcing (SI/SO) role on significant size and scale Enterprise projects

  • Extensive, demonstrable experience in the design, build, configure and implement of Mobility, Identity with Cloud and Desktop Vitalization

  • Possess a deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture with background in either the customer or system integrator landscape. Preferably TOGAF-certified.

  • Think strategically, define and resolve customer problems and lead projects to deliver technical solutions in complex environments

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality documentation
